NYT’s Digital Strategy Seems To Be Working
Barclays projects New York Times digital subscribers will surpass print by 2014. Though encouraging from a digital standpoint it’s important to remember digital subscribers still contribute less revenue than print. Operational cost reductions and alternate revenue sources still need to be an important part of strategy to navigate digital transition.
That said it’s still a good sign that paying customers are moving online.
